Job Description
- Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Owning and hitting/exceeding annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Achieve monthly and annual target.
- Manage and motivate Sales team to achieve targets.
- Increase number of customers.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
- Determine price schedules and discount rates.
- Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.
- Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree .
- MBA Holder
- (25-30) years of experience prefer in automotive sales.
- FMCG Background is preferable.
- Have a strong leadership skills, communication and negotiation skill
