- Preparing most competitive Techno-Commercial Proposals in compliance with the client s requirement technical specifications Follows all relevant Tendering Proposals and organization policies procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner Follows the day-to-day operations related to own jobs to ensure continuity of work Preparing Techno-Commercial Bids Offers Preliminary study of the inquiry and the basic scope of supply concept of system Understand client s requirement and basis for the system design and selection Detailed study of relevant MR documents like
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in graduates Architecture Engineering Department or Department of architecture or applied arts Department of decoration or faculty of fine arts Department of decoration
- Experience in Cost estimation, tendering and design of low current systems. Must be ready to work heavily in cost estimation and offer submittals.
- Workshop drawings.
- Very good knowledge with All Arch. outdoor & indoor Finishing items is a MUST.
- Experience Minimum 5-10 years in the field with hands on experience with manufacturers of above mentioned systems.
- Very good knowledge of using AutoCAD, Word & Excel.
- Excellent English communication IS A MUST.
- Male or Female, ages under 40.
