Job Description

  • Determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards, and specifications
  • Investigating and setting standards for quality and health and safety
  • Recording, analyzing and distributing statistical information
  • Writing management and technical reports and customers’ charters
  • Setting customer service standards
  • Supervising technical or laboratory staff.

Job Requirements

  • 1 year - 3 years’ experience in a call center as Quality Specialist
  • Good command of English
  • Flexible to work on shifts basis
  • Flexible to work across sites
  • Graduates
  • Preferred food and beverage background
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
