Job Description
- Determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards, and specifications
- Investigating and setting standards for quality and health and safety
- Recording, analyzing and distributing statistical information
- Writing management and technical reports and customers’ charters
- Setting customer service standards
- Supervising technical or laboratory staff.
Job Requirements
- 1 year - 3 years’ experience in a call center as Quality Specialist
- Good command of English
- Flexible to work on shifts basis
- Flexible to work across sites
- Graduates
- Preferred food and beverage background
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
