Job Description

  • Acts as the first point of contact between the parents and the school financial department.
  • Promotes strong customer and client interactions.
  • Answers all accounts related questions for parents.
  • Responsible for handling all parents’ transactions, deposits, and payments.
  • Handling all treasury related accounts
  • Responsible for recording daily transactions by logging cash payments, checks and cash transfers in the daily logs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting or finance
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Presentable
  • Male
  • Analytical skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office ( Excel )
  • Customer service oriented
