Job Description

Job Purpose :

  • Setting objectives and strategies for the IT department
  • Representative CEO of WIN Holding Group for IT Division.
  • Selecting and implementing suitable technology to streamline all internal operations and help optimize their strategic benefits
  • Establish an ongoing IT strategy development process & IT financial performance and value delivered to the organization
  • Establish and operate a project portfolio management and budget management process that deploys, tracks, and adjusts program and project resources

Job Responsibilities :

  • Oversees the entire life cycle of technology solutions acquired including budgetary expense planning, product demonstrations, comparative analysis, Requirements/criteria/scoring, cost-benefit analysis, annual ongoing maintenance agreements/contracts for daily operation, future expense planning for replacement/refresh, and the final retirement of and/or secure disposal of anything in active production.
  • contribute to WIN Holding Group policy regarding quality standards and strategic planning.
  • Maintains network management tools and/or utilities related to proactive monitoring, reactive notification during outages, historical trending, and capacity utilization.
  • Safeguards information system assets by identifying and solving potential and actual security problems.
  • Protects the system by defining access privileges, control structures, and resources.
  • Recognizes problems by identifying abnormalities; reporting violations.
  • Implements security improvements by assessing the current situation; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
  • Determines security violations and inefficiencies by conducting periodic audits.
  • Upgrades system by implementing and maintaining security controls.
  • Keeps users informed by preparing performance reports; communicating system status.
  • Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
  • Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Designs and architects complex highly available heterogeneous LAN/MAN/WAN data and communication network infrastructure with dark fiber as well as managed or lit Ethernet service, a variety of data transport media/mediums, a wide range of service providers, diverse interface types, interior gateway protocols, exterior gateway protocols, multiple ingress/egress paths to the Internet, and satellite/branch office connectivity to hundreds of location.

Job Requirements

Job Specification ( Qualification , Experience ) :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science .
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the same position.
  • Hands-on experience analyzing high volumes of logs, network data and other attack artifacts in support of incident investigations
  • Proficiency with any of the following: Anti-Virus, HIPS, ID/PS, Full Packet Capture, Host-Based Forensics, Network Forensics, and RSA Security
  • In-depth knowledge of architecture, engineering, and operations of at least one enterprise SIEM platform (e.g. Nitro/McAfee Enterprise Security Manager, ArcSight, QRadar, LogLogic, Splunk)
  • Experience developing and deploying signatures (e.g. YARA, Snort, Suricata, HIPS)
  • Understanding of mobile technology and OS (i.e. Android, iOS, Windows), VMware technology.
  • Practices and methods of IT strategy, enterprise architecture and security architecture
  • Security concepts related to DNS, routing, authentication, VPN, proxy services and DDOS mitigation technologies
  • Windows, UNIX and Linux operating systems
  • Firewall and intrusion detection/prevention protocols
  • Secure coding practices, ethical hacking, and threat modeling
  • Network security architecture development and definition
  • Knowledge of third party auditing and cloud risk assessment methodologies
