Job Description
- Receiving / testing / distributing / installing IT devices
- Install operating systems, productivity software packages, and security software
- Maintaining LAN / WAN connections for Bavaria group of companies premises
- Maintain essentials services on client side nodes
- Maintaining IT physical and logical security
- Maintaining/ supporting/install biometric control devices
- Diagnosing hardware problems and fixing it
- Taking/registering employee's support telephone calls
Job Requirements
- Computer science or Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of Windows operating system (xp, 7, 8 & 10).
- Good Knowledge of Hardware Devices maintenance
- Basic knowledge of networking (Cabling & IP addressing).
- Knowledge of IP Cameras.
- Knowledge of CCNA & MCSA
