Job Description
- Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices.
- Remote access solution support: VPN, Remote Desktop Services.
- Support LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, patches, security systems, cloud and network infrastructure, especially Sophos.
- Virtualization technologies: VMwareand Hyper-V.
- Responsible for the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of various technologies managed by the IT department.
- Manage and monitor Data Center Components like Servers and UPS.
- Evaluate and make recommendations for current performance and future upgrades.
- Responsible for backup procedures & data base solutions .
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- 3 to 5 years of experience.
- Certified MCSE & CCNA.
- Experienced in managing Windows server (Active directory – DNS - DHCP - VMware).
- Experienced in Exchange server.
- Very Good English Language
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
