Job Description
- Perform On-site repair, maintenance and service needs.
- Completing Preventative Maintenance and Field Troubleshooting
- Ordering and managing repair parts in cooperation with Headquarter
- Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining equipment service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.
- Maintaining regular communications with the hospital departments and follow-up regularly with headquarter.
- Managing vendors’ service delivery processes in compliance with Company policy.
- Managing Customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering.
- Min. 3 years of experience in Maintenance and repair of medical equipment.
- Excellent project management and communications skills.
- Excellent English and computer skills.
