Job Description
- Participate in the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies for the company.
- Responsible for every aspect of the day-to-day supervision of the retail stores.
- Preparing and controlling the stores' budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency.
- Monitoring stock levels and purchases and ensuring they stay within budget and plan.
- Planning and overseeing in-store promotional events or displays, in coordination with the branch managers.
- Being up to date with the new market trends to determine the need for improvements and development in the stores.
- Analyzing sales and revenue reports and making forecasts.
- Monitor competitors' performance to determine their strengths and weaknesses, which translates into opportunities or risks for affiliates to meet sales targets.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in business administration.
- Excellent command computer & Microsoft office
- MBA is an asset
- Minimum 10 years of experience in retail operations (clothes,textiles and house-ware)
- Knowledge of retail management best practices
- Capability to travel to our main branches in Delta and Alexandria
