Executive Assistant
- You will work directly with the partners and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties.
Main responsibilities include
- Acting as a first point of contact: managing inbox and phone calls
- Managing partners’ diaries and schedule meetings and appointments
- Ensuring pre and post housekeeping followup around meetings (getting material, agenda, and circulating minutes)
- Reminding the partners of important tasks and deadlines
- Following up on paperwork and documentation and other administrative tasks
- Arranging work and personal related logistics (travel and non- travel)
- Managing partners well being (food, healthcare, and fitness)
- Handling expenses reimbursements
- Entering and maintain data in database systems
- Managing and tracking contacts in database
- Working as a member of the team, willingly providing back‐up support for co‐workers when appropriate
Job Requirements
The role needs:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluent English level.
- Age between 28 to 35 years.
- Applications must contain a recent personal photo.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience
- In-depth understanding of entire MS Office suite
- Organisational skills and the ability to multitask
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work without constant and direct supervision or guidance
- Professional level verbal and written communications skills
