Job Description
- Answer phone calls & takes messages and answers inquiries within assigned scope of responsibility
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments and reserve rooms for meetings.
- Receive all the company’s internal/external reports and then circulate these reports to the appropriate persons.
- Prepare correspondence, memos and forms.
- Assist in other administrative responsibilities as required.
