Job Description

  • Answer phone calls & takes messages and answers inquiries within assigned scope of responsibility
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments and reserve rooms for meetings.
  • Receive all the company’s internal/external reports and then circulate these reports to the appropriate persons.
  • Prepare correspondence, memos and forms.
  • Assist in other administrative responsibilities as required.
