Job Duties:
Communication Management
- Handling site walk in customer’s visits, queries, and complaints for building within handover scope
- Approach through various communications methods (Phone, SMS, email.etc ) to arrange handover appointments.
- Manage the customer request and raise IOM with a profile assessment when needed.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers
Technical Coordination
- Achieve hand over set target and objectives.
- Assist in Pre-handover technical inspections, ensure feedback is followed up and escalated where necessary
- Carries out pre-inspection checks to ensure that the property is in a presentable state
- Assign the snags defects to the HO engineer and follow up till case is closed
Operations Sustainability
- Ensures that handover documentation is correctly compiled
- Maintaining records of daily transaction and customer unit historical data
- Promote, offer, sell and coordinate the available revenue generating packages and services
- Provides input into the development of more efficient handover
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from a relevant field of education, preferably in Business Administration
- 0-5 Years of Experience in a similar role, preferably within the real estate industry
