Job Description

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Attend and participate proactively in the group, department, and company-wide meetings.
  • Review and respond to customer emails.
  • Review the CRM system to complete assigned tasks and update project documentation in a timely manner.
  • Diagnose and troublesho......ot customers’ appliances, software, and internal network components.
  • Configure customers’ appliances and software.
  • Troubleshoot customers’ appliances and software.
  • Prepare documents for on-going projects, maintenance contracts, and support calls.
  • Review and update direct manager with assigned work progress.
  • Correspond and provide high-quality technical support to customers to resolve customer issues.
  • Deliver training for products on-job training, and hands-on training.
  • Prepare POC documents and presentations.

Job Requirements

EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science/software engineering or information systems
  • Fluent English and Arabic, both spoken and written
  • Good understanding of company’s products and services
  • An understanding of business processes and constraints
  • Comply with department certification and education requirements as per the qualification matrix. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
