Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attend and participate proactively in the group, department, and company-wide meetings.
- Review and respond to customer emails.
- Review the CRM system to complete assigned tasks and update project documentation in a timely manner.
- Diagnose and troublesho......ot customers’ appliances, software, and internal network components.
- Configure customers’ appliances and software.
- Troubleshoot customers’ appliances and software.
- Prepare documents for on-going projects, maintenance contracts, and support calls.
- Review and update direct manager with assigned work progress.
- Correspond and provide high-quality technical support to customers to resolve customer issues.
- Deliver training for products on-job training, and hands-on training.
- Prepare POC documents and presentations.
Job Requirements
EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science/software engineering or information systems
- Fluent English and Arabic, both spoken and written
- Good understanding of company’s products and services
- An understanding of business processes and constraints
- Comply with department certification and education requirements as per the qualification matrix. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
