Job Description
- Perform the complete system implementation and advanced configurations.
- Analyze customers’ needs and business processes in order to map them properly.
- Define which requirements will need implementer configurations and which will need development.
- Provide complete documentation for tasks needing development.
- Support the sales team during pre-sale.
- Help troubleshoot related issues .
- Responsible for end-user support with varying degrees of technical abilities for Oracle R12 Financial, Supply Chain, Logistics modules; Purchasing & Inventory & Oracle Projects suite; Management, contracts & Costing.
- Perform testing & customization tasks in new Business Applications implementations in his/her assigned area and expand those already implemented
- Apply data integrity & information security mechanisms taking into consideration minimal business disruption.
- Work on integration projects and data migrations to transfer data from legacy systems
- Support and troubleshoot issues that arise when programming and coding
- Software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis, software review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, software reliability analysis.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- +3 year of experience as ERP developer
- Good knowledge in ERP systems
- Good knowledge in HR systems
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Excellent Training & analysis Skills
- Experience with source control management systems.
- Experience with database development
