Job Description
- Assist in the implementation of maintenance according to the time, Quality and budget constraints.
- Develop and implement maintenance processes and procedures towards the achievement of maintenance objectives efficiently.
- Make and Develop the maintenance Plans and monitor their achievement ensuring that preventive and predictive maintenance best practices are applied
- Monitor the use of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment and initiate reordering when necessary so that these are available when required
- Develop and monitor the maintenance budget and promptly identify deviations and ensure that appropriate actions are taken to rectify these
- Review, approve and submit reports, analyze data, and make recommendations for improving plant operations and solving maintenance-related problems.
- Monitor and review plans, specifications and calculations and financial plan and give technical advice on corrective actions
- Maintenance and repair all production lines and keep save the system running good. Preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance.
- Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities.
- Performs maintenance management by supervising maintenance personnel and establishing priorities in maintenance schedules.
- Maintains manufacturing assets and facility, parts inventory, monitoring purchase orders, invoice approvals, and manages the department budget.
- Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
Job Requirements
- Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering
- 6-8 years proven experience in Mechanical & Electrical maintenance
- Experience in manufacturing plants
- Leadership skills, communication skills, planning skills, organized and disciplined
- Knowledge of OEE, TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and similar methods.
