Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Receiving and sorting daily mail.
- Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports.
- Answers and screens phone calls and receiving guests.
- Manages sent and received mails,faxes and reports.
- Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
- Provide any required secretarial support.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree & Proven experience as receptionist or front desk agent.
- Females only.
- Excellent Command of English & MS Office Package.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Presentable appearance and attitude.
