Job Description
- Participate in the incident investigation and ensure implementation of the required corrective / preventive actions
- Prepare the Annual strategic Safety Plan & training Plan
- Inspect equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions.
- Participate in the Risk Assessment all specific jobs inside the plants for routine and non-routine jobs
- Follow up and insure the implementation of health and safety standards.
- Conducts daily and weekly inspection in LUNA Cafeteria and ensure the application of health and safety rules.
- Prepares Monthly HSE Report.
- Applies all policies, practices, and operations of the Safety and Health & Environmental functions within LUNA.
- Ensure the timely reporting of all incidents, near misses, unsafe acts & conditions.
- Prepares hazard analysis presentations.
- Prepares governmental documents & requirements.
- Prepares environmental measures & records.
- Performing regular safety patrols all over the site.
- Analyze the site risks and develops solutions to improve the working conditions.
- Coach and support the site management and employees
- Monitor legal compliance and manage the site's relations with local government and regulatory organizations.
Job Requirements
- Candidate shall have university degree
- Proven experience as a safety supervisor / officer for 3 to 5 years in well-known FMCG companies.
- Good command of English.
- Good knowledge of construction safety.
- Good communication skills, ability to lead others and train others in a teamwork effort.
- Able to promote the safety culture among company staff.
