Job Description
- Legalawy is an online market place for legal services. We aim to facilitate the relationship between lawyers and clients by offering solutions and support to lawyers and clients.
- We are looking for freelance lawyers to provide legal services to small and medium businesses on a commission basis.
- Our clients are small and medium businesses looking for lawyers to advise and assist with regards to general assembly meetings, incorporation of companies, drafting and revising of legal documents, conducting legal research and issuing legal opinions.
- Our platform is a new platform. We are driven by innovation and the hope for better legal services through the use of technology.
Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the fields of Egyptian Companies' law and Commercial law.
- Strong demonstrable ability to draft and advise on commercial contracts.
- Good working knowledge with GAFI procedures and best practices.
- Legal English skills is a plus, Arabic proficiency is a must.
- Valid registration with the Egyptian Lawyers' syndicate. (Appeal is preferable)
- Only proactive self-starter.
- Good communication and research skills.
- Ability to manage a relationship with clients with minimal supervision.
