Logistics Manager

Deliver the main product (white sugar) and by product (Molasses and beet pellet) through a quality service, shares the goal of supply chain management to meet customer requirements, minimize inventory to reduce costs, respond rapidly to changes-in the market or customer orders, support the entire product life cycle and the logistics supply chain.

• Contribute to the strategic plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services to meet the sales plan
• Follow up, coordinate and optimize full order cycle to ensure the customers satisfaction.
• Liaise and negotiate with services suppliers, retailers and consumers to deliver the products in suitable time.
• Keep track quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs with high efficiency to satisfy the sales plan.
• Coordinate with warehouse, sales and customers to deliver goods and general transportation services inside and outside plant on time and quantity request according to the plan.
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints with customers to ensure the workflow are smooth.
