Responsible for the administration, monitoring and end-to-end cohesiveness of Exchange platform.
Plan, deploy, and support technical solutions across the organization with focus on Exchange.
Lead configuration and testing of Exchange with focus on effective reuse and efficiency.
Serve as a resident expert on Exchange and its overall product direction with a passion for staying current on the Microsoft roadmap.
Compile and log operational issues, escalate incidents with vendors.

Experience successfully delivering technical solutions including planning, deployment, and support for Exchange.
Ability to collaborate within a team and utilize strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of the Microsoft Collaboration Stack including Office 365, Azure AD Connect, Exchange, and SharePoint.
Basic knowledge of applying IT security regulations and policies.
Experience conducting and supporting O365 authentication and identity management.
PowerShell scripting skills.
Advanced understanding of Active Directory and how it relates to the servers/systems
Advanced foundation of the Microsoft Server platforms (2012, 2016, & 2019)
