Job Description

The main role is to generate new business leads for the department and work on it until the sales takes place.

  • Integrate and network with others to utilize the help and assistance of the department team as well as the company departments’ teams.
  • Advise/Share the GM in setting the department’s objectives and create an action plan to implement.
  • Engage with client install base to update on current technologies, programs and promotions, inquire about environment changes, subsequently update the database, and work closely with other sales and BD’s to disseminate the information gathered.
  • Prospect new accounts, coordinate cold calls, gather company information, seek out company decision makers, generate interest, determine the need for technology products and services, and schedule major appointments.
  • Update periodically the sales database/ sales automation program (Google Drive) with updated information gained from meetings and telephone calls, and perform scheduling follow ups as required.
  • Assist with campaign support; monitor attendance, setup and preparation, registration, and follow-up activities.
  • Assist with website content development and updates.
  • Speak intelligently about ProService and our sister companies.
  • Track appointments held in daily/weekly/monthly/quarter/annual Reports.
  • Stick to the Quality procedures as per the working Manuals.
  • Share the company vision / mission and work accordingly.
  • Prepare and review Proposals (Based on Tendering Teams’ Write Up) with the GM.
  • Prepare Monthly/Quarterly/ Annually Summary and Analysis Reports.
  • Execute & coordinate proposals action plan approved by proposals managers.
  • Check Proposals Deliverable Production.
  • Prepare prequalification/ registration documents for different agencies, either in Egypt or abroad.
  • Review the Submission Monthly Follow up Sheets to General Manager and analyze reasons for success/failure based on feedback.

Job Requirements

  • B. Sc. Degree in Engineering from a reputable discipline.
  • Sales & Marketing Management Diploma from a reputable discipline.
  • 4+ years of proven experience in sales management field with Engineering/ trading companies.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in supervising a Sales team in reputable contracting and facility management companies.
  • Experience with marketing tools.
  • MS Office Professional User, MS Excel is a must.
  • Responsive to emails.
  • Internet & Computer savvy.
  • Very good in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
  • High Communication skills at multiple levels.
