- In charge of all new contracts Reviews.
- Review site update through coordination with PM.
- Prepare notice and claims.
- Attend meetings with consultants/ owner reps.
Job Requirements
- B. Sc. Degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university.
- 4+ years of experience as Contract Administrator in MEP Contractors.
- Solid knowledge of:
- Comparative International Contracts (FIDIC Forms).
- Claims & Disputes in the Construction Industry.
- Resolution of Disputes.
