Job Description
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional materials.
- Handle sales reports for all company branches and channels.
- Track targets, achievements, and performance.
- Maintain/Update floor set shops as merchandise sells through while upholding visual standards.
- Actively participate in team meetings and briefings with a particular focus around the visual delivery of the brand, raise awareness of priorities and ultimately increase sales.
- Liaising with teams such as buying, design, and marketing to create design themes and plans, often months in advance including window and in-store displays, signage, and pricing concept
- Execute and support company business objectives.
- Ensure proper and l timely processing and placement of merchandise.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree holder is a must.
- Previous Experience (1y: 3yrs) as Merchandiser Supervisor.
- Owning a car is a must.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
