Job Description
- Support our global team at developing and executing CRM campaigns across multiple channels, such as email, push notifications, web push, etc.
- Coordinate all campaign-related activities with the responsible stakeholders in our brands across the world, including planning, content creation, data etc.
- Measure campaign performance and help to improve customer communication in order to engage, and retain customers.
- Define, monitor and evaluate relevant KPI’s and develop contact strategies with the respective country managers in your team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field preferably computer science or marketing.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience, ideally in
- online marketing/customer relationship management and/or campaign management
- Hands-on experience in setting up mobile- and email marketing campaigns
- Attention to detail and results-driven personality
- Interest in working with behavioral and commercial data and understanding analytics results
- Basic understanding of HTML would be appreciated
- Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills in English. Additional languages are a plus.
