Job Description
- Follow up coordination with customers, shipping forwarders, custom & clearance agent and banks (via finance department), to ensure shipping to customers on the agreed dates, and to ensure compliance with agreements terms and conditions.
- Follow-up with the planning department and arranging for shipments on time.
- Coordination with customers, shipping forwarders, custom & clearance agent and banks (via finance department), to ensure shipping to customers on the agreed dates.
- Processing the initial invoice up to final approval step.
- Follow-up collection of the advanced payment and balance payment with the financial department according to payment terms.
- Sending the shipment documents to the customer (either through the bank or to the customer directly) according to an agreement.
- Send a shipping order to the shipping forwarders to proceed to ship and prepare the documents.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Excellent communication skills.
