Job Description
- Responsible for creating/hold /unhold any suppliers across the group, based on the agreed required documents/ process and criteria
- Responsible for add /edit/ delete/ any item codes across the group, based on the agreed required documents and procedures.
- Maintaining & updating the vendor master list in all ERP systems in regards of reviewing the supplier's documents validity
- Maintaining & updating the unified descriptions , Categories, UOMs for the unified item master list in the ERP systems
- Ensure master data integrity in key systems as well as maintaining the process to support the data quality
- Responsible for data mapping related to the suppliers master information across the group
- Responsible for data mapping related to the item master information across the group
- Make sure that data collection procedures are in line with all relevant rules and guidelines.
- Formulate techniques for quality data collection to ensure adequacy, accuracy and legitimacy of data
- Assist with reports and data extraction when needed.
- Monitor and analyze information and data systems and evaluate their performance to discover ways of enhancing them ( new technologies, upgrades etc.
- Identifies areas for data quality improvement and helps to resolve data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as data master management at least 2-3 years.
- Excellent understanding of data administration and management functions ( collection, analysis, distribution, etc.
- Familiarity with modern database and information system technologies.
- Proficient in MS office ( Excel, Access, Word ).
- An analytical mindset with problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- BSc in any field.
