Job Description
- Creating and periodically revising consolidated business plans and financial models for evaluating potential acquisitions.
- Responsible for the release of all the yearly, quarterly and monthly reports of portfolio companies to shareholders and the board of directors.
- Handling the legal processes of establishing new subsidiaries and ratifying the decisions of Company’s Board of Directors meetings, ordinary and extraordinary general meetings.
- Raising debt finance in accordance with the board of directors’ decisions and guidelines.
- Generating on-going operational data reports.
- Assisting the company’s management team in developing it strategic business plan.
- Overlooking the performance of the Real Estate Project in Downtown Cairo through a monthly reporting system.
- Assist the management and the business development team in developing new ideas and concepts for the upcoming projects and uplifting the existing destinations from an operational standpoint.
- Conducting DCF valuations and comparing Real Estate opportunities in the Egyptian market.
- Drafting investment memorandums and presentations on potential acquisitions for senior management and board of directors to review.
- Facilitating meetings with portfolio companies to identify possible acquisitions, formulate a detailed business plan and accelerate growth through strategic business development.
- Screening different investment opportunities (Acquisitions, Refurbishments and Space Management) and presenting them to the board of directors for approval.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor degree in Finance.
- 7 -10 years of experience in the financial analysis in general and business planning in specific.
- Strong awareness with real estate market performance is an asset.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- User of MS Office and expert in excel.
- Fluent English and Arabic spoken and written.
