Job Description

  • Responsible for following up on Head Office & Plant cars maintenance schedules and renewal of licenses & Follow up on car insurance and invoices.
  • Assist and facilitate procedures for ex-pats to have international and Egyptian driving licenses.
  • Responsible for applying, following up and facilitating acquiring visas for Egyptian staff by coordinating with the embassies.
  • Coordinate with the HSE manager for ordering and follow up on Staff uniforms and Safety gears after reviewing with the Safety & HR Manager.
  • Responsible for issuing and monitoring consumption of office equipment, supplies, stationary etc...
  • Deal with Electricity Company, phone land line authorities and fixing any mal-functions with the communication center.
  • Responsible for ordering and maintenance claims of Head office & plant furniture, plantation, decorations, carpets and any other office equipment, except for computers and software.
  • Provide data to assist the HR and Finance manager to generate monthly reports and consumption monitoring reports.
  • Administer opinion surveys periodically and report findings and recommendations to the Human Resources Manager.
  • Develop and maintain, an updated database of Administration services suppliers who meet the company’s cost and quality objectives and recommend.
  • Order rented cars and provides assistance to facilitate transportation and accommodation of visitors.
  • Responsible for following up on Catering, restaurant and kitchen to ensure better service and maintain the highest level of hygiene & Issue buffet items and monitor the consumption
  • Monitor the performance and levels, standards of services offered to employees in terms of transportation's, laundry, accommodations, etc...
  • Supervise the maintenance of buildings, office equipment ,sanitary ,electricity maintenance, furniture, toilets and plantation & supervise issuing stationary & monitor the consumption
  • Provide professional advice and support to all company personnel in the above-mentioned areas

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, or equivalent.
  • Males Only.
  • 10th of Ramadan Resident, Obour resident, or Sharkia Resident.

Experience:

  • 8-10 years

Competencies:

  • Knowledge in safety and hygiene
  • Knowledge in a variety of suppliers.
  • Performance management.
  • Experience in related field, such as management or financial reporting, preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computers
  • Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with budget planning and enforcement, human resources, and customer service procedures.
