Gathering Requirements of Clients
Support and align efforts to meet customer and business needs
Manage customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up-to-date on project results
Stay current with customer needs and strategies; utilizing formal and informal written communication methods (for example, emails, newsletters, PowerPoint presentations, executive updates, task lists, updates) to communicate updates and findings; and facilitating project meetings and presentations to all types of diverse audiences (for example, senior management, Customers, technical staff)
Creating and Working with BRD (Business requirement document), User stories and SRS (Software Requirement Specification).
Creating and defining processes using: Context diagram, activity diagram,
workflow diagrams, use-cases, User-stories (Agile projects) and swim-lane data
flow charts.
Fully integration of BA tasks and processes with the project plan to deliver a good
Collaborate closely with QA and QC teams in creating test cases
Collaborate closely with the UX team to create needed flows
Identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive)
Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements
Understand and negotiate the needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders
Ensure the final solution meets the signed-off business requirements.
Wire-framing, process mapping, process leaning is essential business architecture knowledge

Qualifications:

Proficiency in dealing in both agile and waterfall environment
Proficiency in creating the following (scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, UAT plan, SRS, BRD, FRS, Business Model, DFDs, Wireframes, Class Diagrams, process map diagram level 5, etc....)
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Must have experience working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business
Strong project management, ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills & communication skills
Understanding of Indices, fundamentals, and analytical data, etc.
Data analysis – Must have proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Proficiency in using Visio and other similar tools
Ability to handle pressure and short deadlines
Ability to work on different sites and long hours
