Job Description
- Prepare, record and control all company’s accounting transactions and prepare monthly and yearly closing.
- Preparing invoices for the company’s clients to manage their balances and due date payments.
- Responsible for all suppliers’ and subcontractors’ invoices.
- Follow up the subcontractors’ penalties and add it to their invoices
- Update banks with the necessary financial information and documentation.
- Manage office admin expenses in coordination with the admin officer and the office manager.
- Record, manage and follow up on settlements bank statements transactions on a daily basis and reports to the financial manager.
- Follow up the credit situation in all bank accounts and reports to the financial manager.
- Control cash movement in and out of the company’s treasury.
- Monitor the market currency rates locally, internationally and prepare exchange rate reports.
Job Requirements
- Fluent English skills
- Microsoft Office
- Good knowledge of taxes and other financial laws
- Communication skills
- Experience in real estate investment.
