Job Description

  • Prepare, record and control all company’s accounting transactions and prepare monthly and yearly closing.
  • Preparing invoices for the company’s clients to manage their balances and due date payments.
  • Responsible for all suppliers’ and subcontractors’ invoices.
  • Follow up the subcontractors’ penalties and add it to their invoices
  • Update banks with the necessary financial information and documentation.
  • Manage office admin expenses in coordination with the admin officer and the office manager.
  • Record, manage and follow up on settlements bank statements transactions on a daily basis and reports to the financial manager.
  • Follow up the credit situation in all bank accounts and reports to the financial manager.
  • Control cash movement in and out of the company’s treasury.
  • Monitor the market currency rates locally, internationally and prepare exchange rate reports.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent English skills
  • Microsoft Office
  • Good knowledge of taxes and other financial laws
  • Communication skills
  • Experience in real estate investment.
