Job Description

• BMC provides businesses of every size and industry a comprehensive portfolio of open­ scalable­ and modular IT management solutions.
• Fingerprint Consultancy as a BMC partner are seeking an experienced and dynamic Consultant to work directly with customer accounts
• You'll be part of a team of very talented engineers to deliver monitoring and reporting solutions based on BMC products portfolio.
• You will design and customize solutions for our customers in the domain of monitoring and reporting drive their implementation.
• In this role you will work with Operations and Delivery Teams to provide and implement the most suitable BMC solution for the customers, drive request for changes required to deploy the solution with its components, act as a contact and trusted advisor to answer questions, understand the customer environment, work out potential issues and validate the functionality of the implemented solution.
• You'll act as an implementation lead and hand over implemented solutions to our Operational team that provides ongoing support for implemented BMC solutions.
• The job requires technical and customer-facing role. The position is responsible for an exciting range of projects solutions.
• Prior working experience is a must.
• The position is targeted to be located in Egypt and including travelling outside Egypt to fulfill the required responsibilities.

Main responsibilities

Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Customer Project Activities
• Drive the deployment of BMC solutions for customers, especially BMC Truesight products suite.
• Provide the on-going support for these BMC solutions.
• Insure delivery staff has been properly trained.

Solution Management

• Work with our external and internal customers to identify gaps and enhancements to the solution.
• Prioritize and manage the enhancement requests flow.

Consulting and support

• Be subject matter expert in BMC products portfolio, provide consulting to Solution Architects, Transition/Transformation managers during early phases of deals.
• Participate in pre-sales activities and provide deep level expertise on BMC tools.
• Provide consulting and support to key client organizations of BMC tools.
• Development and working on other similar tools from other vendors like Microfocus.
