Job Description
- Providing premium service to PHD clients by answering their technical inquiries/complaints & handling their concerns promptly and professionally.
- Responsible for technical issues related to the client & coordinate with the internal departments to solve any problem and escalate any complaint, then get back to the client with the feedback.
- Support/lead Leading technical client relations team in the assigned area to achieve PHD goals
- Receiving and handling clients’ technical requests/complaints & coordinating with the relevant department.
- Answering client’s inquiries.
- Deliver the clients’ requests to the concerned departments.
- Coordinate and discuss with the project managers the provided technical complaints.
- Meeting the clients to discuss any technical issues.
- Meeting the project managers on site on a weekly basis to discuss the project development and pending cases.
Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor degree of Engineering .
Work Experience
3 to 7 years of relevant experience.
PC Knowledge
Excellent
Technical skills
( Photoshop ,AutoCAD, MS Office, CRM )
