Job Description
- Manages employee vacation balances, sick leaves, maternity leaves, or unpaid leaves in accordance with the labor law.
- Prepares timekeeping analysis reports based on the timesheets produced by the finger-print machine.
- Prepares the monthly payroll according to the approved policy including taxation and social insurance deductions.
- Coordinates with the Accounting Dept. to finalize approvals and payment of salaries either cash or bank transfer.
- Monitor employees' database systems by recording and updating hiring, resignations, transfers…etc in order to ensure an accurate database.
- Process and maintain personnel records and files by following up on the employees' credentials completion and developing personnel files for newcomers to ensure adherence to the personnel filing system.
- Follow up on the annual contract renewals.
- Follow up probation periods to proceed with termination if required.
- Handle employees' social insurance procedures through delivering insurance check to Insure Authority and preparing Form 1,2 and 6
Job Requirements
- Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a relevant field
- 4-6 years in human resources.
- Fluency in English language.
- Professional flexibility to meet changing business needs

- Excellent communication skills, as well as problem-solving skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Commitment to ethical behavior
- Good knowledge of employment/ labor laws
- Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Access) is a must.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Post-graduate degree in an HR-related field is a plus
- Strong academic HR record is a plus
- Proficiency in content management is an asset
- Proven experience in Healthcare industry.
