Job Description
- Grow the Android ecosystem, working closely with key stakeholders such as mobile network operators.
- Lead all aspects of Android account management for key mobile network operators and manage product/service launch programs.
- Build long-term trust based relationships and manage partnerships to deliver results by becoming an expert on each organization, business model, and strategic priorities.
- Serve as the ongoing Android relationship manager for the agreements and existent partnerships, helping to realize and optimize value from the partnership.
- Work closely with other account teams at Google to develop coordinated account strategy where appropriate
Job Requirements
Minimum qualifications:
- Experience in the mobile network operator/OEM industry.
- Experience in the mobile payments and app/content ecosystem.
- Experience in market development or business development.
- Experience with ongoing partner relationship management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Engineering background with international/consulting experience. Knowledge of Pay TV/STB industry.
- Ability to serve as an advocate for accounts internally and work collaboratively to identify opportunities or resolve issues.
- Ability to interpret legal documents and work with attorneys on specific contract language.
- Effective negotiator with a partnership approach. Ability to represent Google in agreement discussions and structure terms to achieve ongoing partner alignment.
- Ability to travel internationally up to 20% of the time.
