Job Description
- Manage multiple complex digital projects with critical deadlines from inception through to delivery across all Google platforms, whilst managing a complex ecosystem of partners, stakeholders and senior sponsors both within Google and externally
- Facilitate/participate in MAChINE Sprints for Google’s key clients in all major branding industry sectors, bringing complex groups of multiple stakeholders together to deliver rapidly on a brief (working closely with sales, agency, marketing, PR and product teams within Google, and agency and client teams externally)
- Be a close and collaborative partner to cross-functional ZOO teams, including Strategy, Creative/Creative Tech, Creative Business Partner and GTM teams
- Contribute exceptional expertise in production and delivery, especially production requirements when launching projects using innovative new technology
- Have a cutting-edge understanding of all things digital and technology, including extensive suite of Google’s products and tools
Job Requirements
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working within the advertising and media sector.
- Ability to speak and write in English and Arabic fluently idiomatically.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in agreement negotiations with clients and vendors. Experience facilitating client and agency design thinking sessions.
- Ability to lead teams of varying levels of production experience and clearly and accurately define project guidelines and risks.
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder structures, serving as the primary point-of-contact while coordinating status reporting. Ability to travel as required.
- Excellent crisis management, problem-solving, and issue resolution skills.
- Excellent communication skills to onboard legal teams, engage partner/content teams, drive agreement negotiations, and put together successful delivery teams.
- Passion for Google products and platforms.
