Job Description
- Identify the metrics/KPIs in alignment with other departments
- Responsible on setting up and optimizing Google Adwords, Facebook, Twitter campaigns
- Identify ideas for KPIs improvement
- Regularly A/B test different ideas
- Analyze the data and users’ feedback.
- Exchange ideas/data/feedback with other departments (Product, marketing, top management) in order to present results and make the product more user-centric.
- Drive traffic to website, landing pages, social media, apps…
- Understanding conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and hacks.
- Work on a lean startup process.
- Work with the AARRR Sales Metrics Diagram (Acquisition – Activation – Retention – Referral - Revenue)
- Identify and prioritize growth channels.
- Optimize channels in order to improve the performance of one business.
- Scale and automate the growth processes.
- Knowledgeable about referral marketing and being able to create viral growth.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor/Master degree in marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 Years of relevant experience in executing digital marketing campaigns especially for mobility.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Highly collaborative.
- Detail, Performance and results oriented.
