MOGASSAM 3DPrinting Company* is hiring! Currently, we are the market leader in Dental 3D printing. We are looking for an outstanding technical support engineer, who is sharp minded, punctual, and persistent enough to educate all customers to be 3D printing champions.
Responsibilities:
- Passionate to solve technical bugs.
- 3D printer preventive maintenance.
- Reporting the customers’ recommendations to the R&D team.
- Communicating the best practice of 3D printing to the dentists.
- Customer education to enhance the customer experience.
Job Requirements
- BA/BS degree in an engineering discipline and 1-3 years of experience.
Mindset:
- A creative and resourceful problem solver.
- Passionate to solve technical bugs.
- Love allowing dentists to run their workflow efficiently (zero waste team)
