Your Role and Responsibilities
Who You are:

The Delivery Program Manager will be responsible for assisting staffing activity, helping to manage delivery enablement. They will be asked to help optimize and coordinate the delivery provided by the three CiCs, monitoring the centers performance and providing realtime reporting to help identify areas that require adjustments to scheduling, skill gaps, vendor management, etc. In this role, the Delivery program Manager will be working closely with the CiC managers as well as the global delivery manager

How we’ll help you grow:

You will be able to run and lead effective collaboration, assessing training needs, develop, execute and monitor technical and soft skills training programs and activities. In this role, you’ll be expected to meet the needs of a team of software engineers.

What you’ll do:

  • You’ll meet weekly with the CiC management teams, reviewing hiring, employee integration, training and certifications.
  • Work with the CiC management teams to ensure 24x7 live coverage.
  • Closely monitor client statisfaction, working with the MVS management team to address issues and to ensure best practices are followed.
  • Be a resource for the broader MVS management team with respect to report creation and data analysis.
  • Drive and support the implementation of center wide objectives.
  • Create business policies and operational guidelines when requested.
  • Recommend innovative ways to improve productivity and reduce costs.
  • Act as a catalyst to drive adherence to all aspects support delivery processes.

Job Requirements

Requirements:
Essential

  • Minimum 4 years of leadership experience in a Technical Support Center environment
  • Familiarity with Open Source products and the Open Source development model
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Experience working with external partners
  • Superior leadership, organization, and planning skills.
  • Excellent English verbal and written skills and the ability to communicate with customers and staff at all levels
  • Strong customer driven focus
  • Ability to work in a high pressure, dynamic situations, with a large degree of autonomy

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • English: Fluent (B2-C2)
  • Technical Knowledge and experience with commercial Linux distributions and/or OSS
