Job Description
- Present and promote and sell real estate products/services to a customers
- Perform cost benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their needs
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calls
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Supply managment with reports on customers needs,problems,interests,competitive,activities and potential for new products and services
