Job Description

  • Acting as a first point of contact to the CEO: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
  • Assist the CEO in his business & Personal tasks.
  • managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the CEO.
  • Office Management.
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • Organising events and conferences
  • Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
  • Collating and filing expenses
  • Miscellaneous tasks to support the CEO, completing some corporate governance reporting (to ensure that the business is being run properly and complying with legislation and regulations) or conducting research.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree of Business Administration or any related Field & must be a graduate from a Reputable University.
  • Fluent English Speaker is a Must.
  • 0-3 years of Experience. (Fresh grads are welcome).
  • Proficiency in Google sheets, word & Slides.
