Job Description
- Present and promote and sell real estate products/services to a customer
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customer to meet their needs
- Reach out to customers leads through cold calls
- achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Supply management with reports on customer needs,problems,interests .competitive activities and potential for new products and services
