Job Description
- The Internal Communications Executive is responsible for the delivery of all internal communications strategies, ensuring that all contents are up-to-date, factual, on-message and on-brand working with all relevant departments across DHL.
- Working with the Communications Manager to write, and facilitate communications management, cascading appropriate messages to all staff.
- Working with the Communications Manager on internal campaigns and events to ensure that all DHL Egypt members are well informed, educated and inspired.
- Full ownership of the country Intranet web page.
- Write and layout country internal newsletter.
- Develop and deliver the country's internal briefings and presentations program to ensure that all staff is informed and engaged at all times.
- Work with the Human Resources team to ensure that all communications activities are aligned with HR strategies.
- Contribute to the overall DHL Egypt communications strategy where appropriate.
- Carry out specific projects as directed and other ad-hoc communication projects ensuring delivery to time, cost, quality, and standards.
Job Requirements
- 3 years of experience in Social media & Marketing
- Competent writer.
- PC literate competent user of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communicator, both written and oral.
- Good time manager.
- Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and to deliver accurately, on time.
- Robust under pressure and able to work to tight deadlines.
