Job Description
- Design and execute an overall manual for Base camp operations
- Manage the operations of key partners/suppliers which include facility management,restaurant operator, security and maintenance teams
- Manage all guest relations, accommodation, and Base camp adventure attractions.
- Oversee maintenance, modifications and quality control of Base-camp facilities.
- Ensure the smooth operation of Base camp on a daily basis, to the highest standards
- Handle all guest requests and events on site in a timely, professional manner
- Manage Base camp finances in collaboration with the accountant
- Track and ensure efficiency of all costs and resources allocated to each sub-project
- Accurately document and submit weekly finance and technical progress reports
- Coordinate communication between all relevant project stakeholders
- Ensure strict adherence to operational and quality guidelines
- Train relevant staff regularly on Base camp experience standards
- Attend monthly report meetings with management
- Participate and manage all events at Base camp in collaboration with Community director.

Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree and 5 to 10 years experience in hospitality or tourism
- Must be registered within the Ministry of Tourism Database
- Must own a car and be willing to live in Ain El Sokhna
- Fluent spoken and written Arabic and English
- Proficient in spreadsheets, basic accounting, project management
- Frequent travel from Cairo to Ain El Sokhna.
