Job Description
- Perform core SAP Basis administrator functions including software installation and setup, enhancement pack and support pack installation and upgrade, performance monitoring, tuning and capacity management utilizing enterprise standards and leveraging best operating practices.
- Create, review, and maintain daily operational procedures, task schedules, and documentation.
- Monitor, analyze, and identify trends for system performance and resource utilization.
- Receive the system drawbacks, analyze and specify the root cause then direct the user to the proper corrective action or implement modification on the SAP system to avoid the drawbacks occurrence
Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience
- Manufacturing experience is a highly preferred
- SAP Certification is a preferable.
- Very good in English.
