Job Description
- Manage the online shop, add products manage the inventories
- Create Facebook/Instagram campaigns and manage content on Company Facebook/Instagram pages
- Create content that is relevant to the audience
- Respond to all queries on Facebook and increase user engagement
- Add links on relevant design/home decor pages to increase visitors and engagement through out social media platforms
- Research and execute ways to advertise to increase online presence and sales
- Package and lease with delivery to deliver the goods sold
- Provide after-sales customer service
- Research ways to increase sales and engagement throughout the site and marketing channels
