Job Description
- Meets sales targets through quality, strategic sales leads, building and expanding client relationships.
- Ensures delivery of company sales and revenue targets for serviced clients.
- Regularly follow up on existing clients and prospects, and visit as appropriate.
- Negotiate fees and provide quotes for clients and prospects.
- Advise clients on all matters pertaining to multilingual communication.
- Manage client expectations and partner with the production team to provide clients with innovative solutions.
- Maintain, develop, map, and penetrate existing clients’ organizations to gain in-depth understanding of their long-term goals.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Fluent in English language spoken and written.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer/Client Relations or Sales.
- High Interpersonal and professional communication skills.
- Previous hands-on client management experience is a plus.
