Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Receive customer order and booking confirmation
- Issue guarantee letter for container Agent
- Send representative to container agent to hand the booking and guarantee letter then receive the release letter
- Open customs guarantee using release letter received from container agent
- Issue job order to orient drivers and transportation subcontractors containing the customer’s address to start carrying the container
- Follow up loading and uploading process in port and in customer premises
- Prepare report confirming loading
- Prepare operations daily report to Alex Office , PSD Branch Manager, Accounting including destination, shipping co, reefer type
Job Requirements
- Alexandria resident.
- Experience : 2+ years in trucking field.
- Fully aware about the trucking process .
- Can Word as one of operation team.
- Highly communications skills.
- Very good computer skills.
- Good English language.
