Job Description

  • Assign Cost estimation jobs for the Tech office Engineers
  • Revise the costing of any project after studying the given data
  • Revise Shop Drawings prepared by Tech office Engineers
  • Revise All cutting lists and Job orders prepared by TO Engineers
  • Be responsible for the submitting of new contracts until reaching all the approvals needed
  • Attend meetings with consultants and/or designers of any projects to discuss technical matters
  • Supervise and approve the manufacturing of any samples for any new contracts
  • Prepare shop drawings to facilitate all manufacturing processes
  • Perform the proper documentation with clients for all technical approvals and record any amendments properly

Job Requirements

  • Architecture or Fine Arts or Civil Engineering
  • Relevant Work Experience is accepted instead of a specific college degree
  • Working as Technical Office Manager for Construction Companies or Engineering consultants or a Manufacturing companies 8 to 12 years in a leadership or managerial position.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent English written & spoken
  • Auto Cad and 3D Max its required
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
  • Alexandria resident is required
