Job Description
- Management of transparent and competitive recruitment and selection process including updated job description, proper job classification, vacancy announcement, screening of candidates organization of interviews panels.
- Work closely with the business both front line and top line to establish annual training plans.
- Ensure proper staff performance management and career focusing by achieving the implementation of effective systems for the performance evaluation, support managers with needed employee reports.
- Managing the regular update of the company’s organizational chart and headcount report.
- Assisting the HR Manager in creating all HR policies with respect to the Egyptian Labor Law and market best practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- From 4 to 6 years of experience in Recruitment, Training, and OD.
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office.
- Very good English language.
- Preferred HR diploma.
