Objective:
The position of Translation Project Manager is a key position at Future Group. You will execute all translation projects from the start to the finish, ensuring that projects meet quality, turn-around time and budget expectations. Due to expansion, Future Group is looking for an outstanding Translation Project Manager to join our professional Project Management team.
Responsibility
- Manage the entire life-cycle of multiple localization projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Coordinate all the project phases and efficiently predict the lifespan of all the stages of the project.
- Negotiate deadlines and rates with vendors.
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with all parties.
- Monitor and control projects status.
- Manage project finances, including budgeting.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation.
- Comply with relevant and applicable procedures.
- Respond and solve any linguistic queries with customers in timely manners.
- Perform quality checks at various stages of process to ensure quality and accuracy (proofreading, final eye, spot check…).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in language studies.
- Ability to work from home.
- Previous experience (at least 1 year) in project management in localization industry is necessary
- Excellent/Fluent command of both written and spoken English is a must.
- Excellent business writing & communication skills.
- Detail orientation with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Independence in carrying out assigned tasks.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
